Ben has been an Linden Lab employee since early beta as a content creator (roads, the H.I.P.P.O device, the Ben-Go, etc), and later on as "junior programmer." He currently helps administrate Linden Lab's new blogging system.
He currently holds the record for most in-world abuse reports, due to the proliferation of scripts with his name on it that have a tendency to push avatars around (the trolley system in Nova Albion being one of them). As a result, he's jokingly referred to as SL's Ultimate Griefer.
He also writes for his blog, Bulk Upload when he has the time.
On May 27 2006, Ben announced publically on his blog that his alternate resident account is BuhBuhCuh Fairchild of Alt-Zoom.
