Caledon Academy of Virtual Wizardry

The Caledon Academy of Virtual Wizardry is a school (and related group) for in-world tutoring housed in an ancient castle located in Caledon Highlands. It was created by Desmond Shang as the central landmark for the sim when it went online, and home to the local telehub.

The Academy was inspired by Hogwarts Castle from the Harry Potter series, and like any good castle, it has a few secrets.

The second floor of the structure hosts a map of the Second Life grid (at the time), created by Dyne Talamasca, created largely to give (unofficial) names to various landmasses.
