CSL' was found sometime in February 2007 after JeanCyril Wise' few adventures with Army SL of Killer Epin.
Even if the Army SL period was interesting the lack of governance and rules respects (like not wearing a standard uniform and using any kind of weapons) made to think of a small Commando group without any wish to expand.
