  • 'Citizenship Commission' (chapter Citizenship), it is out of date. Data: The commission issued its report on date XX. A smaller faction called for cross-party drafting of reforms. This road was abandoned on 17 Nov. '07 because a larger party (needed for a Constitutional amendment) did not see clear support for radical change.
  • 'Representative Assembly'. The reform of the election system: ( http://forums.neufreistadt.info/viewtopic.php?p=8597#8597 ) all citizens will be able to rank the candidates of their highest ranked faction. Previously only faction members could do this. Add this.

Please Review

  • Please review: 30 Dec '07 edit of Judiciary needs a peer review. Keep the peace.
  • Regarding this section:

"There is no executive power in a single branch (ie. no cabinet or similar structure); instead, executive power is distributed among the three branches. That way, one avoids the concept that there is a "fearless leader" somehow having ultimate power (even if a rotating one)." See --> 'The CDS Model of Government'

Reply: The above should be changed, since the introduction of the Chancellor replaced distributed executive power with a centralized, free-to-do yet relatively weak Executive position (Chancellor).
