Can the TOC numbering be disabled? It's not really necessary on release notes anyway... -Eep 04:55, 3 May 2006 (EDT)

Mediawiki help's TOC section says "Preferences can be set to number the sections automatically." Presumably, then, it can also not do so. However, it's not used only on the release notes page, so you also have to consider whether numbering is useful on other pages.
