"4Chan" is a widely recognised English imageboard famed both for its affiliation with Anonymous and also the creation of numerous Internet Memes. Inworld, members of Anonymous and also 4Chan (Usually dubbed "/b/tards") can be found partaking in griefing activity.
The "NSU" (Nythos Strategic Union) is a currently inactive combat group with relatively unusual roots. In some cases, it would seem that members of the group (High ranking ones, at that) are past or present members of 4Chan. There is no current link between these persons and any griefing activity.

Within the NSU, there are several well-known Memes; these appeared alongside the "Taste_The_Difference" group back in July, and include both the "WOUGH" Toad and also Seitosus Difference's variation of the ":awesome:" Smiley face (Characteristically used in most of his icons, decorated with the stereotypical NSU facial tattoos)
